How It All Began
Founded around 2016, Multi Projects and Construction Management was created with the purpose of serving the mechanical and civil projects market, both for the energy generation sector (small and micro hydropower plants – SHP and MHP), as well as other areas, such as machinery for the meatpacking, wood, and biomass industries, providing technical projects in full compliance with all applicable standards for each project.
With the goal of improving services and providing a comprehensive experience tailored to client needs, in 2017 work began focused on construction management and monitoring, as well as inspections and supervision of equipment manufacturing, and on-site assembly supervision of equipment.
Currently, Multi Projects and Construction Management has a qualified team and partners. In the project area, it serves various segments, such as hydromechanical projects for hydroelectric plants, penstocks, lifting equipment, machinery for meatpacking, biomass machinery, and metal structures.
In the construction management area, it works on monitoring the fabrication of mechanical equipment and metal structures, tracking progress and ensuring compliance with established schedules. In this segment, it also acts in quality control, evaluating suppliers and their documentation, as well as performing inspections according to applicable standards.
